Return Policy:
Inspect products upon delivery. Please refuse delivery if the package is damaged. If you are unable to refuse please report damage to carrier and Trailfeathers within two business days of delivery.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Trailfeathers LLC. Please follow the return procedure.

at for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include a description of the problem or product defect. All return packages must display the RA# on the outside of the package and a copy of the original invoice or packing slip must accompany the items.
- For size changes do not remove tags. If tages are removed, a refund or exchange will not be accepted and the product will be shipped back.
